Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) 4.300 kg
Caustic Soda 430 gm
CBX (Color Brightener) 75 gm
Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate) 90 kg
Sodium Chloride (Common Salt) 105 kg
Stain Remover 4.300 kg
Fragrance 430 gm
Speckles 2.250 kg

Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process

Blend 1: Dry Mixing

  1. Initial Mixing
    Combine Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate) and Sodium Chloride in a blending machine.

    • Time: 5 minutes

    • Speed: 35 RPM

  2. Add EDTA
    Mix in EDTA and blend.

    • Time: 1 minute

    • Speed: 45 RPM

  3. Add Additional Dry Ingredients
    Gradually incorporate:

    • Sodium Perborate Monohydrate

    • Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC)

    • Caustic Soda

Blend 2: Slurry Preparation

  1. Prepare LABSA Slurry
    In a separate mixer, combine LABSA with hot water.

    • Time: 15 minutes

    • Speed: 10 RPM

    • The mixture will thicken after this step.

  2. Neutralize Color
    Add CBX to the LABSA mixture to neutralize the dark color.


Final Blending

  1. Combine Blends
    Mix Blend 1 and Blend 2 together in the main blender.

    • Time: 5 minutes

    • Speed: 35 RPM

  2. Add Finishing Ingredients
    After initial blending, add:

    • Stain Remover

    • Speckles

  3. Add Fragrance
    Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes, then incorporate your desired fragrance.


Drying Process

  1. Dry the Mixture
    Transfer the blended material to a dryer machine.

    • Temperature: 60°C

    • Time: 10 minutes


Packaging

Once dried, your detergent powder is ready for packaging. You can pack the finished product in pouches, plastic jars, or bulk bags according to market needs.
